The Fresh Agent role
Fresh Agents work as part of a two-person FreshRV crew serving RV owners at approved homes, storage facilities, campgrounds, resorts, dealerships, rental locations, and partner sites. The role is hands-on, mobile, detail-focused, and built around a repeatable customer experience.
What you will do
- Perform structured RV interior cleaning and reset work using FreshRV procedures and approved products.
- Work with your paired Fresh Agent to prepare, service, inspect, and close out each appointment.
- Use FreshOS for schedules, service instructions, required photos, inventory, messages, and job documentation.
- Care for FreshRV equipment, working bottles, textiles, and vehicle stock.
- Communicate professionally with customers and FreshRV Journey Coordination.
- Follow material-specific instructions, safety rules, privacy expectations, and stop-work/escalation procedures.
