Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with FreshRV, we may collect:

• Contact and service information, such as your name, phone number, email address, city or service address, RV details, requested services and add-ons, scheduling preferences, referral or partner codes, notes, parking information, and service-access instructions.
• Photos, videos, and service documentation that you send to us or that are reasonably created in connection with quoting, performing, documenting, or supporting a service.
• Transaction information, such as payment status, invoices, receipts, refunds, payment-processor references, and limited payment-method display information provided by a payment processor.
• Communications and service history, including quote requests, appointments, customer-support communications, promotions or rewards used, and records reasonably needed to provide future service.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, site interactions, and advertising or analytics events collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare, communicate, and manage Fresh Quotes.
• Schedule, route, provide, document, and support RV interior-care services.
• Process transactions and maintain appropriate customer, service, accounting, and support records.
• Administer permitted promotions, referrals, loyalty benefits, and customer communications.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve FreshRV services and measure advertising performance.

AI-Assisted Features

FreshRV may use approved artificial-intelligence or automation providers to assist with tasks such as RV specification research, quote preparation, service-photo review, workload or duration estimates, scheduling support, and service summaries. Information reasonably needed for a task may be processed by those providers. AI output is used as an assistance tool within FreshRV workflows and is not treated as proof of a condition solely because a model produced it.

Photos, Location, and Service Access

Photos and videos may be used to understand an RV, prepare or support a quote, document condition or completed work, and address service or quality questions. Address and location information may be used to confirm service territory, route and schedule appointments, and support arrival planning. Gate codes and similar access credentials are used for service access and related security needs, not for advertising.

Payments

Payment-card transactions may be handled by a payment processor. FreshRV does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes in FreshOS. We may retain transaction status, processor references, and limited display information, such as card brand or last four digits, when supplied by the processor.

Cookies, Advertising, and Online Tracking

FreshRV uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand website activity, measure advertising, and improve campaign effectiveness. Advertising and analytics providers may receive browser or device information, page views, interactions, and conversion events. For some advertising-measurement events, FreshRV may provide hashed contact information, such as an email address or phone number, to help an advertising provider match a conversion for measurement or audience purposes.

FreshRV does not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, certain disclosures to advertising providers may be treated as “sharing” even when no money changes hands.

Service Providers and Other Disclosures

FreshRV uses service providers that perform functions such as website hosting and security, database and file storage, communications, payment processing, mapping and routing, artificial-intelligence services, analytics, and advertising measurement. We disclose information to these providers only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform for FreshRV.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or similar business transaction subject to applicable requirements.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may ask FreshRV to review or correct personal information associated with you, or request deletion where appropriate. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us. Operational communications needed to respond to a request, manage an appointment, provide a transaction record, or address a service issue may still be sent when appropriate.

You can also use browser settings and available advertising preference or industry opt-out tools to limit some cookies or advertising activity. If applicable law gives you additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or certain advertising-related disclosures, FreshRV will respond to verified requests as required by that law.

California Privacy

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law. The rights that apply depend on the law and whether its requirements apply to FreshRV. You may submit a privacy request using the contact information below. We may need to verify your request, and certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for service, accounting, payment, dispute, safety, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Security and Retention

FreshRV uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. Access to customer and service information is limited according to role and business need. No security method is guaranteed to prevent every incident.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for legitimate service, accounting, payment, dispute, safety, security, fraud-prevention, operational, and legal needs. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record and why it is maintained.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or privacy practices change. When we make a material change, we will post the updated policy on this page, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when appropriate for the nature of the change.
